Day 1

Thursday 29 July 2027

Arriving at Cairo International Airport is an exciting moment that marks the beginning of an adventure in one of the world’s most captivating cities.

 

Upon arrival, VIP Ahlan services will start by greeting the clients at the aircraft or the airbridge by a professional representative holding a personalized signboard with client’s name or the name of their organization. Assist through immigration and customs clearance process to minimize waiting times. Stamp Egypt entry Visa on passports.

 

Escorted transfer to Cairo hotel by air-conditioned vehicle on private basis.

 

Check-in. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2

Friday 30 July 2027

Early in the morning, light breakfast at the hotel.

 

Drive to the Giza Plateau and begin your day with a PRIVATE - EXCLUSIVE visit to the iconic Pyramids of Giza which is an experience like no other. It’s one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, a testament to the incredible engineering skills of the ancient Egyptians.

 

Proceed to the Mystical Sphinx. The Sphinx, an iconic symbol of ancient Egyptian civilization, stands majestically on the Giza Plateau. Carved from a single massive limestone block, this enigmatic monument portrays the body of a lion with the head of a human, commonly believed to represent the Pharaoh Khafre.

 

Escorted transfer to Khufu’s Restaurant – for breakfast – overlooking the Pyramids.

Proceed to Sakkarra, an ancient burial ground that predates the Pyramids of Giza. You can explore the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the first pyramid ever built, and many other fascinating tombs and structures.

 

Together, the Pyramids of Giza and Sakkara offer a glimpse into ancient Egypt’s incredible history and culture and are an absolute must-see for anyone visiting Cairo.

 

Then visit Dahshur pyramid complex in Cairo which is a remarkable site housing the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid, among others. The Bent Pyramid is a unique architectural wonder that showcases the transition from stepped to smooth pyramids.

Day 3

Saturday 31 July 2027

Check out after breakfast. At scheduled time, escorted transfer to Cairo airport for a flight to Luxor. Duration of the flight is 1 hour. Arrive Luxor airport. Meet & greet by our field coordinator. Upon arrival, start your guided visit to the East Bank incl. Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple. At Karnak Temple, you will be astonished by the grandeur of its pillars and magnificent architecture. At Luxor Temple, you will be amazed by its majestic columns and fascinating reliefs that tell stories of the ancient Egyptian civilization. Escorted transfer to the hotel. Check-in and free afternoon.

Guests will get ready for dinner. Dinner will take place at a private area – Exclusive for the group. Where they will have a Special talk with an astronomer talking about the “Total Solar Eclipse” taking place in Luxor. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 4

Sunday 1 August 2027

Check-out after breakfast.

 

Start your day with a guided visit to Dendarah and Abydos Temples.

 

Dendera and Abydos, two significant temple complexes near Luxor, Egypt, offer a captivating journey into the country’s ancient history and religious practices.

 

The Hathor Temple at Dendera, dedicated to the goddess Hathor, showcases intricate carvings and well-preserved structures, including a Sacred Lake and Christian Basilica, providing insights into both ancient Egyptian and Christian influences.

 

On the other hand, Abydos boasts the Temple of Seti I, known for its detailed reliefs and historical significance.

 

Embarkation on board of a Private Yacht. All meals are provided on board of the boat.

Day 5

Monday 2 August 2027

Early in the morning, enjoy private Hot Air Balloon ride over Luxor.

 

Wake up early to experience this unique adventure and witness the spectacular sunrise view over the Nile Valley and the majestic temples of Luxor’s West Bank from the heights.

 

Back to the Yacht for breakfast.

 

Free morning. Watch the “Total Solar Eclipse”. PM private visit to Luxor Museum.

 

The Luxor Museum, located on the East Bank of the Nile River in Luxor, stands as a remarkable showcase of ancient Egyptian cultural heritage. Opened in 1975, this museum boasts a carefully curated collection of antiquities dating from the Old Kingdom to the Mamluk period, with artifacts primarily sourced from Theban temples and necropolis.

Day 6

Tuesday 3 August 2027

Breakfast on board.

 

Proceed to visit the West Bank to explore the Valley of the Kings which is a fascinating experience that will transport you to ancient Egypt. Discover the tombs of the pharaohs, adorned with colorful hieroglyphics that narrate the stories of their lives and beliefs.

 

Continue to visit The Ramesseum Temple, which was dedicated to Pharaoh Ramesses II, one of Egypt’s greatest rulers. Built as a mortuary temple to honor his memory and ensure his eternal life, the Ramesseum stands as a testament to ancient Egyptian architectural and religious prowess.

 

Return to the Yacht.

 

Upon arrival on dock, clients will be met by a Welcome Zaffa. A small troop of musicians, drummers, flute players, creating a festive atmosphere.

Sail to Esna enjoying a leisurely journey of 7 hrs. and 30 minutes.

 

Enjoy a delightful lunch on board and later rejuvenate with afternoon tea.

 

Treat your palate to a divine dinner. Overnight at ESNA.

Day 7

Tuesday 3 August 2027

Sail to Edfu. 7 hours sailing.

 

Indulge in a leisurely breakfast.

 

Guided visit to Edfu Temple.

 

Set sail to Kom Ombo. 8 hours sailing.

 

Soaking in the breathtaking views of Gebel el-Silsila from the comfort of our boat.

Day 8

Indulge in a leisurely breakfast.

 

Explore the mystical Kom Ombo Temple.

 

Sail to the serene Herbyab Island, where a lavish set up awaits you on the banks of the Nile.

 

Indulge in a beach setup fit for royalty, complete with a tantalizing snack lunch.

 

At the end of the day enjoy an exclusive Secret Island Dinner Overnight at Herbyab Island.

Day 9

Friday 6 August 2027

Early sail to the vibrant city of Aswan. 3 hours sailing. Conclude your journey with a delightful breakfast.

 

Disembarke, carrying memories of a truly unforgettable Nile adventure. Separate luggage van will take the luggage directly to the hotel.

 

Our guests will start a guided visit to Philae Temple. An impressive temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, located on an island in the Nile, and served as the last bastion of ancient Egyptian religion before its conversion into a church in 550 AD.

 

Followed by guided visit to Kalabsha Temple. Dedicated to the Nubian sun god Mandulis, was originally built around 30 BC during the Roman era, and was relocated to protect it from the rising waters of Lake Nasser after the construction of the Aswan High Dam.

 

Escorted transfer to Sofitel Old Cataract Aswan Hotel. Check-in and overnight.

Day 10

Saturday 7 August 2027

Breakfast at hotel.

 

Escorted transfer to Aswan airport for a flight to Abu Simbel. Duration of the flight is 40 min.

 

Arrive Abu Simbel airport. Meet & greet by Galaxia Tours field coordinator. Escorted transfer to the Temple of Abu Simbel.

 

Guided visit to the impressive Temple of Abu Simbel, this visit will allow you to marvel at the beauty and grandeur of these temples, which were rescued and relocated to preserve them from the waters of the Nile.

 

Transfer back to Abu Simbel airport for your flight to Aswan.

 

During sunset you’ll enjoy a felucca ride around Kitchener Island and Agha Khan Mausoleum, including tea, coffee and cookies.

 

Back to hotel in Aswan and overnight.

PM during sunset, felucca ride on the Nile for 1 hours incl. tea, coffee and cookies.

Escorted transfer to Aswan airport for a flight to Cairo. Duration of the flight is 1.15 hrs.

 

Arrive Cairo airport. Meet & greet by Galaxia Tours field coordinator.

 

Upon arrival, start your guided visit to the Coptic Museum, Hanging Church, Saint Sergius and Bacchus Church, and Ben Ezra Synagogue.

 

The Hanging Church, also known as the Church of the Virgin Mary, is an ancient and revered Coptic Orthodox church located in Old Cairo, Egypt. Dating back to the 3rd century AD, this architectural marvel is renowned for its unique construction, with its nave suspended above the ground, giving it the appearance of “hanging” between heaven and earth.

 

Escorted transfer to the hotel. Check-in.

PM Private guided visit to the Egyptian Museum – Exclusive for the group.

Monday 9 August 2027

Breakfast at hotel.

 

Start your guided visit to the Citadel of Salah Eldin, which perched atop a hill, offers panoramic views of Cairo and houses architectural marvels such as the magnificent Mosque of Muhammad Ali.

 

Proceed to visit Ibn Tulun Mosque, Gayer Anderson Museum, Sultan Hassan Mosque and Al Azhar Mosque.

 

Ending your exciting day with El Khayamiah Market.

 

Seated Lunch at Naguib Mahfouz Restaurant – named after the Noble Prize Winner “Naguib Mahfouz” – located at Khan El Khalili Bazaars.

 

Back to hotel and overnight.
